Our integration with Simpro makes creating and managing Branded Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) much easier. The system links with Simpro so you can see all your jobs and can choose which ones to create RAMS for. Our built-in AI chooses the correct data for your RAMS including methods of work and risks. Your team can also access our system to digitally sign the RAMS and add additional hazards if needed. The completed RAMS are then attached back to the job in Simpro. We offer plans to suit your business model based on blocks of users. A user on our system only include users who can create or edit RAMS or engineers who can add additional hazards. Anyone who just logs in to sign RAMS is counted as a guest and is not a chargeable user.

- Local Hospital Lookup - Finds the nearest hospital automatically, with optional maps included in the RAMS.
- Engineer Selection & Signing - Automatically selects Simpro scheduled engineers, allows additional engineers, and supports online viewing and digital signing. Relevant licences and images can be shown in RAMS, with jobs flagged where essential training is missing.
- Tracking & Reminders - Tracks RAMS viewed and signed and sends reminders to outstanding engineers.
